This fun naturally processed coffee from Veracruz, Ixhuatlon - Del Cafe Mexico is a part of the Santuario Project. Hand selected coffee beans are placed in Bourbon barrels during the fermentation phase for close to 105 days to modulate the flavours before being dried.
